Dr. Pillai has been published in several journals and co-editors in gastroenterology medical textbooks.
RACHANA OAK, MD

Dr. Oak is a born and raised New Yorker who completed her Internal Medicine training at NYU Langone Health. She further pursued specialty fellowship training in Hepatology at Rutgers University Hospital before completing a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Coney Island Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American Gastroenterology Association. She has presented several posters at multiple national conventions and has been published in both professional journals and an academic textbook of Transplant Hepatology. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring restaurants, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
